Services provided by CAB Mobile Banking

Now, you can manage and monitor your accounts using the CAB’s free Mobile Banking application at any time of the day, easily and within a secure environment 24/7. CAB Mobile Banking is currently available for select smartphones on Google Play and Apple Store.

Registration Steps:
First: Download the CAB Mobile Banking from Apple Store or Google Play (for Android smartphones).



Second: Choose your country.

Third: Registration through card number, Pin Code, and Mobile Number.



Fourth: Confirm accepting Terms and Conditions related to the service:



Fifth: Verify and confirm profile:



You will receive a message (SMS) confirming account creation.



Sixth: You will receive SMS on your mobile contains user number and password for your account. Please press LOGIN, then entre your user number and password. Taking into consideration that CAB mobile requires changing password for the first time (Kindly note that the password is case sensitive).
  1. The password length must be at least 8 characters.
  2. The password must contain at least 1 CAPITAL letter and 1 small letter.
  3. The password must contain at least 1 digit.
  4. The password must contain at least 1 special character e.g.(&, !, @ ). Example (Ayman16$) is a correct password.

Seventh: CAB Mobile Banking offers the following services:

  1. Accounts Services: Displays details of the customer’s active accounts and balances, providingaccess to the following:
    • Mini-statement of account.
    • Request statement of account enabling the customer to set the date of the requested statement and have the request sent to the bank for processing.
    • Cheque book request.
  2. Fund Transfers:
    • This service enables the costumer to transfer funds betweentheir own Cairo Amman Bank accounts and/or other customer account.
  3. Support Services: Enables customers to communicate directly with CAB’s contact center for inquiries or complaints using direct messaging.
  4. Currency Exchange Rates.
  5. Branchand ATM locator: Helps customers find the nearest branch or ATM to their location.
  6. Settings: Enables the customer to manage their account (edit accounts` names / change CAB Mobile password).
  7. Pie chart shows debit/credit transactions.
  8. Highly secure money transfer, customer will receive SMS on their mobile contains code enables them confirming the transfer order.
